I'm a very open-minded and curious professional. I love to learn and improve my skills, that's how I went from landscape architecture, through customer service, marketing and e-commerce to UX/UI design. All these experiences have shaped me and helped me become a better, more versatile designer.

I rely on research an analytics
As a student I learnt how important research and analysis are. As an e-commerce specialist I pay very close attention to web analytics. I analyze heatmaps, session recordings, and user flows to identify and fix UX issues increasing conversions.
During my landscape architecture studies I've learnt how to conduct a very detailed research and analysis, which I now use during the discovery phase of each project. As an e-commerce specialist I paid very close attention to web analytics, I've learnt how to use heat maps and read quantitative data, which I find very helpful when identifying problematic areas.
I put users' needs in the center
Thanks to working in customer service, I empathize with users naturally, I have a deeper understanding of their needs and frustrations, and I craft user-centered designs.

My designs are SEO friendly and esthetic
I spent years designing eye-pleasing graphics for social media and newsletters, which now helps me create esthetic interfaces. My understanding of the SEO process enables me to write impactful UX texts and create SEO friendly designs, that are not only usable, but also improve website's visibility.

I understand users and businesses
During my career I had the pleasure to work in different industries, from cosmetics to hydraulics. I learnt to quickly recognize business needs and constrains, to understand users, and to communicate with stakeholders effectively.
During my career I had the pleasure to work in different industries, including education & student exchange, cosmetics, electric vehicles and hydraulics, which gave me a better understanding of how varied the business values and goals can be. I communicate easily, even with technical teams
My direct experience with customer care strengthened my communication skills. I am open, helpful and I can patiently explain complex processes. I believe these traits also helps me collaborate with fellow designers and developers. I advocate for the design decisions easily and with confidence. On top of that, I have a good understanding and practical experience in HTML and CSS, which helps during developer handoffs.

Who I am and what I do outside of work shape me as a designer. I am active and creative person and I love creating art - from drawings and linocut to sculpting and making costumes. I am not afraid to think outside the box, and express my bold ideas. I am persistent and don't give up easily.
